Antique Baby Strollers & children's push sleighs

So, my Mom has this collection of antique baby strollers and sleighs . . .

My Dad wanted to get them all outside to take some good photos of them, since the house is so dark inside.
The dolls in the child's sleigh are old, and the Indians in the canoe were made by my Mom 20 years ago. The canoe is a perfect match for them. We went to the auction intending to buy a sleigh that had a wooden swan head on it, but ended up with the canoe instead. I think it was the better buy.

These two car shaped wicker strollers are both made by Heywood-Wakefield. My parents saw one just like the one on the left at the Carlisle Car show 30 years ago, and they always regretted not buying it. All of the sleighs and stroller are for children, and they are all from the early 1900s. And yes, they are all displayed around their house.

I love this old doll, she is very pretty.

Those are so amazing! I just want to know what size house your parents live in to have so many of these displayed ;0) Blessings, Katy

It's not really a big house, there's just one or two strollers/sleighs crammed into every room! 4 in the livingroom, 2 in the diningroom, 1 in the entranceway etc. 3 of the sleighs in the photo are not out though, those are up in the attic. My Dad just brought those down to take photos of them.

I have been looking for a child's sleigh like some of the ones you show for years. I have a grandson now who just turned 1 year old and I would love to give him one for Xmas. I was wondering if any of the sleighs were for sale or if you knew anyone who had some for sale. I don't have a lot to spend, but will do what I have to if it's reasonable. Thanks, love your site!

I get emails each month from people asking to buy these for their kids or for use in a wedding etc. If mine are for sale or if I know where they can find a cheap one.
These sleighs and baby carriages are over 100 years old, they're not meant for play. They also aren't cheap unless you find a really beat up one to fix.

Do you know where I could find a price guide for baby carriages. I have one very similiar but with a swan basket for the body and a wooden swan head at the front of the carriage, I have checked ebay but nothing comparable. Thanks for any info! Allietaylor55@gmail.com
